Shipping and Delivery

For a DIGITAL product

Digital downloads will be delivered via your confirmation page AND through email as soon as your payment clears (this can sometimes take a few mins). All digital downloads will be delivered as a .ZIP file with all file types included. Please make sure you know how to unzip folders on your computer prior to purchasing.

For a PHYSICAL product

The current turnaround time is listed at the top of every page. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS so be sure to allow shipping time to get your goodies. Everything I ship will come from Ocala, FL and mail timing depends on which shipping service was chosen, where the package is going, and how heavy the mail workload is. Holidays and times of increased mail volume may cause your package to be delayed. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude major holidays and the off chance I take a vacation. 

I currently ship to the US and Canada.

Buying digital products AND physical products? Not to worry! Your digital files will be delivered as soon as your payment has cleared. You'll receive a link to your files both on your order confirmation page and in your email. Your physical products will show as needing to be shipped. :)
